Breakfast provisions are included in your stay, as is the premium minibar. Other meals are self catered/own arrangements, or chef-prepared dinner service as above.

For your convenience accommodations will be serviced daily. The fire will be re-laid, dishes washed and the bed made. The bathroom will also be cleaned and fresh towels will be provided.
If you prefer complete privacy, you are welcome to opt out of the daily service - just let us know in advance.
Waiver must be signed at or before check in for use of the amenities, including complimentary golf buggy. Download the amenities use waiver here.
3% Credit/Debit Card surcharge.
Bank transfers and international wire transfers do not attract any surcharge. Once payment has been made, please send through proof of transfer.
Payments must be made in full prior to check in. Check-in instructions will not be sent until payment has been received.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit and Payment
50% deposit is requested upon booking. The balance is due in full 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
Cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in: you’ll be charged 50% for all nights
Cancellations sooner than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Rooms can be held, but no booking is confirmed until full payment has been received.
Upon cancellation, if a room can be re-let, an equivalent refund will be given minus a booking fee.
