For your convenience accommodations will be serviced daily. The fire will be re-laid, dishes washed and the bed made. The bathroom will also be cleaned and fresh towels will be provided.
If you prefer complete privacy, you are welcome to opt out of the daily service - just let us know in advance.
3% Credit/Debit Card surcharge.
Bank transfers and international wire transfers do not attract any surcharge. Once payment has been made, please send through proof of transfer.
Payments must be made in full prior to check in. Check-in instructions will not be sent until payment has been received.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit and Payment
50% deposit is requested upon booking. The balance is due in full 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
Cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in: you’ll be charged 50% for all nights.
Cancellations sooner than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Rooms can be held, but no booking is confirmed until full payment has been received.
Upon cancellation, if a room can be re-let, an equivalent refund will be given minus a booking fee.
If we cannot accommodate your paid booking for whatever reason, we will refund you in full.

You will not exceed the specified number of accommodation guests at The Potting Shed (2 people sharing one bedroom) or at Clifftops Lodge (4 people sharing 2 bedrooms). NB. there is the option of hiring an additional bed for a 5th person at Clifftops Lodge but only by prior arrangement.
You will not permit access to the property by anyone other than accommodation guests, except with prior permission from management.
Pets may only be allowed on the property with prior approval and we reserve the right to refuse any request to accommodate a pet.
EVENT PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Special events require a 50% deposit, or the amount as specified in your event agreement, if different.
The balance is due in full 6 weeks (42 calendar days) prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The event deposit is fully refundable up until 6 weeks (42 calendar days) prior to the event date. After this time, no refunds will be given for your cancellation.
If we cannot go through with your event for any reason, we will refund you in full.
